Collaborating with multiple stakeholders within highly-matrixed, cross-functional project teams, you will refine research requests and develop research plans using methods appropriate to addressing research questions. Your experience strategy and qualitative methods in conducting moderated or unmoderated research will be essential in conducting usability studies and iterative design research.
