Senior Java Cloud Developer

We are currently in search of an experienced Senior Java Cloud Developer to join our remote team. We are a leading-edge technology company that excels in providing cloud-based solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled developer with deep expertise in Java and cloud technologies to work with the latest technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are customer-centric
  • Design and develop cloud-based solutions using the Agile development process
  • Provide technical input for new feature requirements, collaborating with business owners and architects
  • Maintain and troubleshoot code in large-scale, complex environments
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout all stages of development
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement
  • Drive the implementation of solutions that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and mentor junior team members
requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Java development
  • Expertise in Kotlin, Scala, or Go languages 
  • Experience with AWS for cloud-based infrastructure and application management
  • Deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms for efficient application development
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases 
  • Expertise in Clean Code principles 
  • Expertise in building Java Microservices using Spring Framework
  • Proven experience in System Design 
  • Experience with API integration 
  • Expertise in CI/CD for version control, integration, and deployment
  • B2+ English level
nice to have
  • Proficiency with other cloud-based infrastructure technologies such as Azure, Google Cloud
